Bart provided a reasonable quote (unlike others I received) and quickly fixed the date and time for the repair. He arrived on time and was fast in replacing the lightbulb holder (he brought the replacement). All worked fine and he then sent by email the invoice as requested. Kind and well mannered. He clearly understood what needed to be done and was able to quickly understand our electrical installation which included an intercom and remote release gate.
