Didn’t call the tenant twice when arranged, I sent a txt on a Saturday and got an aggressive dont txt me Saturday night back ( not professional ) if your in business especially call outs, afraid it’s the norm in this industry Eventually came out 6 days later did a good job fault finding the issue, less than 8 minutes on site, I had already found out the issue with the tenant, but he wouldn’t disclose anything until the hour fee was paid, a lot of secrecy, once I paid I asked for a price to fix the issue, no reply back ignored messages Sent this message on 12 August Jack That’s a great thorough report, and thanks for ensuring the breaker is off, it won’t be put back on. If you can price up the works to rectify the issue and send it to me please Up to 21 August ! No reply or communication issue not fixed although he said it was dangerous! It looks a simple fix fitting, 32 amp protection from a 20amp Not professional, not seeing the job through wouldn’t recommend
