Rather than replacing the whole double oven, as I assumed would be necessary as the oven is nearly 30 years old, Jonathan identified, sourced and obtained the necessary new fan for the large fan oven, and fitted it. The price was very reasonable. I was really pleased and impressed with his friendly, courteous and efficient service - would definitely recommend!
