The job involved laying paving slabs in front of the garden office and a small strip of slabs to the side. In my opinion, it wasn’t worth the £600 charged for the amount of work involved. That said, the work has now been completed, so it’s done and dusted.

That level of organisation made everything so easy and stress-free. Once they started, the transformation was incredible — they completely changed our back garden in just one week! Every morning they arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and at the end of each day gave us a clear update on what had been done and what was planned for the next day. They came and seemed really good and although I had several cheaper quotes I went with them as they gave a really good impression. I then hired them and told everyone else this. Once the date was arranged and I asked for confirmation and more details they blanked me and stopped responding. After several weeks I had to call one of the other builders who then charged me more then we agreed due to getting rejected previously. Wasted my time and cost me money. Easily could have spoken to me if there was an issue.

They worked very efficiently coping with some unexpected issues and some severe weather conditions. The work was completed on time, according to the quotation, no hidden extras, which is what we wanted. We are very pleased with the work done, and would certainly consider using Banbury Roofing and Paving again.
