We needed the work to be done in a short timescale; he turned up on time, was polite and friendly, and provided a reasonable estimate for the price of the work. On the day he arrived right on time, got straight to work, and left the site immaculate. We are delighted with the work and would happily have Rikky back to do further jobs in future. The work was carried out in a timely way, he and his work mate cleared up daily and left the site tidy. The finished product is strong and will last us many years. It looks great. Richard kept in touch throughout the project keeping us up to date with his plans. He kept within budget. Richard was polite and a pleasure to have to work for us.
