Justin is a rare find. He does what he says, turns up when he says, and gets on with the job. No waiting around, no chasing. His attention to detail and work ethic are outstanding. This has been a tricky project — reclaimed imperial brickwork, retaining walls, steps, coping stones — and plenty of twists and turns. There’s still lots left to do, but I’m already very impressed with his work. He’s still on site, with a few more months to go. I’ll share before-and-after photos once it’s finished. Honest, reliable, and skilled — Justin is definitely staying in my contacts as my go-to person.

He arrived on time and got straight to work and worked really hard to get my garden which had turned into a messy, overgrown jungle into a cleared out, usable garden. Steve responded to our request for a quote really quickly. Within a couple of days they had started the job and they stuck with it, often in poor weather conditions as well. Steve and his team were hard-working and took good care of our garden while they worked. Our patio now looks fabulous...no wobbly slabs, completely repointed and really clean! I would recommend GE Force as our experience from start to finish has been excellent. Great job for a fair price.

An honest builder, came an inspected the roof and advised that not the whole roof needed replacing, only the section that was damaged needs to be replaced (other builders who inspected the roof advised the whole roof would have to be replaced) Quote received within 24 hours and once this was accepted gave me a start date. Email received the day before start date that his team will be on site the next morning. Received photos of the roof before and after, very pleased with the job. I will keep his contact details in my diary, will always approach him first for any building work required in the future.

***HAMRAN WAS FANTASTIC! TOP BUILDER, GREAT GUY*** What can I say, you're probably thinking, hmm, Hamran hasn't got many reviews yet..... Should I get him to give me a quote? Well, I can tell you with 100% confidence - get Hamran in for a quote ASAP. He completely transformed our "back garden". Before Hamran, it looked like an inner city jungle! Overgrown bushes, out of control trees, unlevelled ground. The works! Now - it looks INCREDIBLE. The transformation has been SUPERB. On all fronts Hamran beat my expectations. He's a complete professional (so are all his team), friendly guy who is a man of his word. Price was great, quality was top notch and time to complete was unbelievably quick. I'll be honest (shouldn't be telling Hamran this!) but I had quotes at twice / three times the price Hamran did the job for. And as I say, the quality was way beyond what I expected for the price to be honest. Get Hamran to give you a quote - I promise you won't be disappointed!
