I want to give this firm “-5” as they’ve been a nightmare to deal with and I will have to replace what they’ve done and have lost £2,000. They’ve been rude, unhelpful, unreliable from day one (on which they all left for the day before 11am without telling me). Terrible communication, but most painfully of all, terrible and utterly incompetent work. It would appear they haven’t done paving before and were making it up as they go along, changing style as they went and making many basic errors which other builders have since confirmed. I’ve done a lot of property projects in the past and had an expectation, which I still don’t think was unreasonable, that it would be OK to discuss with a landscape gardener how I wanted things to be before they were done, but David treated me like a pest and an inconvenience. David agreed to pay me £500 back in view of how unacceptable the work was, but has now said he won’t pay that for weeks – a final letdown after three weeks of disappointment.

Heera, Jagthar and team was my first personal experience with builders. Let me tell you, it was a pleasure to have them do our porch and other renovations in the house. They are so courteous, hard working and provided a great service. Firstly, I had a comprehensively written quote breaking down all of the steps required. Heera then ensured to keep me in the loop of any developments/any changes of plan required, outlining the reasons why and options, making it easy to understand and work together to completion. We had a large kitchen fitted with appliances and there were the usual “adjustments” off plan required -Andy did them without making a fuss. The project required Arnis to design and build outdoor kitchen and lounge area, and install 90 sqm porcelain floor and hot tub. It was easy to deal with the company. I described the job, they provided some ideas of how to achieve the desired outcome. Once we agreed conceptually what I wanted, company came to the property to inspect it, show some projects they have worked in the past and provided advise what would be the best for the property. Following the meeting the company sent garden blueprint in 3D format to finalise the details of the layout. Once everything was agreed the company started work on our agreed date. They were always on time, provided a helpful advice with the furniture and materials. Carried out work quickly and with good precision. Very happy with the job and if I had another garden, would hire them again!
