Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

They started off with handyperson work around my flat, and I was going to call another company to do my kitchen tiling and to correct my damaged ceiling and walls. I was so impressed with their efficiency and professionalism, and asked them to work on the above. I was very pleased with the work done. They were honest in their pricing - looking for cost effective materials, and recommended the lower priced materials if I wish or to go for the designs I like. Importantly, they kept their words, from the start to when they completed the job. And, they cleaned up the flat when they completed the job and were mindful of where to dispose the rubbish. Good communication with Jack from the start. He explained the time line and estimated cost. He gave us very reasonable quote. Jack completed the job. Good finish. We also ended up asking him to repair the shed too. He left the workspace clean and tidy. Overall, happy with Jack and his teammate. Highly recommended!

Eriken arrived on time, surveyed the garden, and then recommended a better solution to the one that I had in mind, namely using concrete fence posts to replace the old wood and metal ones, and he did so without putting any pressure on me at all. I thought it was a great idea as they would be much easier to maintain, and replacing future fence panels would be a matter of just sliding them in. We agreed on a fair price, and Eriken arrived promptly on the day with his colleagues, took down all of my old fence panels and fence posts, and fitted new concrete posts and new panels very professionally. He and his colleagues took away my old fence panels for disposal and cleared away any mess, and then he sent me pictures of the job as it was at one of my tenanted properties. I would definitely use Eriken again. Thank you, Eriken, for a professional job well done.

Review 4: Roland did a brilliant job from start to finish. The 6 tonnes of topsoil were spread evenly, and the turf was laid perfectly across the 33 sqm area. The result is a beautiful, fresh lawn. He was punctual, professional, and very easy to deal with.but he left his tools still not collected
