Really pleased. Turned up on time to quote and carried out the job there and then. Reasonable quote for the hours taken, super polite lads. Fitted two cat flaps (one internal one external). Left the job nice and tidy. Would use again.
Finlay built my double garage and the whole experience from start to finish was first class. He was very easy to chat too and always put any silly concerns I had at ease, I would recommend him to anyone considering getting any home Improvements done.

- AP ConstructionDriveways Installer in New Quay
Rating: 5 out of 5 5518 reviewsAP Construction partnership covers Pembrokeshire (Simon Phillips) and Ceredigion ( David Aven). We are a well established team with 25+years experience in various aspects of the building trades from domestic to commercial, we specialise in new builds and extensions to renovations and stone masonry, we are a team of experienced bricklayers & plasterers for external or internal work, we also lay patio’s, paths and driveways.
Latest review:Plastering-We can’t fault AP Construction (David and Simon). Water was penetrating our pine end wall and dripping into the porch during wet and windy weather. They contacted us by phone promptly, visited the house when they said they would to assess the job, gave a reasonable quote, organized the scaffolding, and did the work quickly (in spite of being affected by lockdown) to a good standard. When it appeared that a less extensive repair was sufficient, they reduced the quote. They replaced the defective flashings on the porch and rectified other defective workmanship at the top of the wall. We have now had a week of wind and rain from the southwest (the most testing direction) and there has been no water leakage in the porch, indeed the residual dampness appears to have dried further in spite of the weather. Last but not least, they are pleasant people to have around – an important consideration when working on private properties.
