We hired SJ Build Ltd based on the price and the knowledge shown whilst providing the quote. They helped make sure our plans met with building regs, something we had missed. They turned up when they said they would and worked very hard over the two days. The patio, porch step and garden path were all completed to a very high standard and provided excellent value for money. At the end of both days they made sure they cleaned up after them selves and left no mess. We would certainly have John and his team back to our home in the future when needed. Thanks!

Can't fault mark and his assistant(even though he can go through the coffee) from the start everything was superb from first contact to job finished 1 week and only because i waited for more quotes. Realy friendly guys and very professional only stopped for a short time for a sandwich and soon back at it. Would highly recomend these 2 enjoyed having them here.

Andy was on time when he came to give us an innitial quote. He was very professional and helpful. The quote was set out with charges for materials and labour, not just one huge figure. He started the work on the date given and was amazing throughout. The area he worked on was left immaculate after the end of each day. He was on time and as I was home on my own I never felt any stress or worried about the work just being done. No leaving the job to go and see another. No working half a day, he was fantastic. The patio has made such a difference to our lives. We really can not fault him at all. Asked him to do more work already. We would recommend Andy totally. Once again Andy thank you. Brian came a had a look at the wall we needed replacing and provided us with a quote we were happy with. He managed to source all the materials required, though it was more problematic with the current lockdown situation. He and his colleague arrived when agreed, completed the work to a high standard having given plenty of options and choice in terms of brick types etc. They put the rubbish into the skip we had hired and cleaned up after themselves. Job carried out in a socially distanced manner and to a high standard. Would hire again if we need more of this type of work again.

Andy came promptly to view the Garden and revise the original quote. Came once to start mowing the lawn but it was wet at the beginning of Feb. But after that, kept postponing the job saying let the weather be better. When the weather improved, he was busy elsewhere.....No further contacts and now in mid May, I have found someone else to do the job.....Better communication and letting me know that it can't be done would have been much appreciated!!
