Job was cleared fine, and professionally done, however a two star rating due to the price being doubled from what we agreed on the MyBuilder messaging system. It sounds like a possible misunderstanding as price was quoted as £200 for clearance, then after loading everything into the van he mentioned about just labour being £200 PLUS whatever the charge would be at the City or Swansea Council for the waste disposal. Daniel provided the receipt from Swansea Council to show the amount of waste and price he was charged to remove it there, but this was not something that was mentioned or agreed upon before the job started. As I mentioned above, possibly misunderstanding from the get-go, but pricing should be provided to the customer as a final figure, or at least broken down so you know from the start there would be an extra charge for the waste disposal. Had we known that from the beginning we would have just got a skip and removed it ourselves.
