We had 'Donald Thomas Builders' to build our extension. We were quite nervous about the process as it is a lot of money and you hear such horror stories. We needn't have worried. Donald approached the quotation process and the build in a very professional and organised way. We were given a schedule of work and timetable and what we would pay at the different stages of the build. When his team began work we couldn't fault them. They were punctual, worked really hard and were very polite. We found Donald and his team very accommodating when we changed a couple of things during the build they made it painless for us. Our architect came along at various stages of the build to check on our behalf and he told us he was so impressed with the standard of the work he has recommended Donald and his team to some of his clients. I can't think of a higher accolade. Would I recommend them ... most definitely and if I every needed any building work doing I would definitely use Donald and his team again.

It was a bit of a nightmare job in the end due to weather, power cuts and the removal of the original staircase, however this service was top notch and he did a fantastic job. Richard was polite, punctual and professional… he removed the existing rotten front door to replace with a salvaged one and repaired the wooden door frame too. I would highly recommend him as I am really pleased with the work he completed for me and wouldn’t hesitate asking him to help with future jobs. He maintained good communication throughout, happy and friendly and left everything clean and tidy.
