Rating: 5 out of 5 554 reviewsSam came straight out, looked at what needs to be done to suit my needs and budget. He assessed the state of the decking and lifted it to check underneath. A quote was given the very next day. Looking forward to getting it started and saving my decking and our summer this year. Very happy with service. Update: Decking is now complete and amazing job done. Sam kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would absolutely 100% recommend Sam for any decking work needed. The decking is now a safe and solid area. Thanks a million.
- ASM Property Services LtdDecking Installer in Newcastle Upon Tyne
Rating: 5 out of 5 558 reviewsThis young man is solid, reliable and does a great job. A real find. He did a great job extending our decking. He is coming tomorrow to add bannisters and paving. Even my rescue dog who doesn't like men liked him, which tells me all I need to know. It is sometimes pot luck on my builder but we definitely hit on. Good to see a young person with a good work ethic, he will run his own building company in a decade. Will seek him out if we need work done in the future.

Rating: 5 out of 5 558 reviewsRios did some decking work for us and is going to do some wardrobe doors for us in the next couple of weeks. Rios was really professional from the outset, he came over and measured up then provided really detailed quotes for each job giving specific details and prices for each part. The work was reasonably priced compared to other quotes we’d had and also gave a breakdown of how many days he thought the work would take. Rios worked really hard to sort the decking out in awful weather. He had to make several adjustments during the work because of unexpected things such as a big concrete slab under the old decking - he kept us well informed of the changes and adjustments required before going ahead with anything. He did a really good job and we’re really happy with the work. Thanks Rios.

- Dp landscaping and home improvementDecking Installer in Newcastle Upon Tyne
Rating: 5 out of 5 5510 reviewsI would recommend Dp builders to anyone. They gave a first class job from the moment they arrived. No time wasting just got on and done the business. Out with the old and in with the new in 8hours. I was very impressed. They cleaned up after themselves, removed all old material and a little more. They were two polite and courteous lads.
Job was completed quickly to a high standard. Happy with the new fence and gate.

See photos. Shoddy workmanship Arrogant, rude, verbally abusive and bullies: refusing to fix and repair all this damage you can see below. Both Frank and Aaron aggressive, rude bullies who thought a disabled man wouldn’t notice. Howdens has confirmed the installation was poorly done, and sinks and tap not installed properly. jobsworth attitude Left kitchen fit dangerous for an OAP disabled man. Big gaps in wall and around flooring has cut them too short. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be bullied in person and by text. Lied about painting ceiling charged £300 extra Having to go to trading standards and small claims court now Suspect his other reviews aren’t genuine. Kitchen supplier checked and confirms he has damaged kitchen units during installation as is evident from images attached. Left rubbish strewn in driveway so disabled man cannot get wheelchair access . Try to pick anyone else for your job so you don’t have to go through what we have gone through.
