It comes back, because nobody diagnosed it properly in the first place. We start with a survey. Full moisture mapping room by room with calibrated meters, air quality testing to measure airborne mould spores, and a written report with photographic evidence setting out the real root cause and what needs doing, in priority order. We dont do guesswork like this. Our surveys always pinpoint the true root cause which our solutions will permanently address so the problem never returns. Similarly our real-time radon measurement surveys identify concentration ranges that passive sensors cannot and our mitigation solutions are always permanently effective.
