Latest review:Damp Proofing-Totally unreliable. Just got to the point where I didn't believe stories they were telling me. They started the job and then completely disappeared off the face of the earth. Numerous missed agreed work dates. Gave up and got somebody else in to do the job.

He explained what he'd be doing to treat the mould and it made complete sense to me. Communication was excellent all the way through. When it came time to do the job, he explained that there is a wider issue with water coming in from the roof in multiple areas, so it wouldn't be worth doing the treatment as we'd likely see mould again in a few weeks. This was appreciated and instead he did what he could and charged me a small fraction of the original cost. It definitely pays to be honest in this business and I'll definitely be calling The Mould Team again for future issues. Thank you Zaffar and Team

Chris worked extremely hard to get the extension completed on time and always left the site in immaculate condition during the build. Chris has a real attention to detail which can be seen in his quality workmanship. I will not hesitate to use a Chris again in the future and I highly recommend him.
Carried out full damp proof course and re-plastered a damp patch. Really happy with the work. Paul and his team were professional and tidy with good communication throughout. Advised me of some further work that i should have done to help with my damp issue (re-pointing). Reasonable quote, arrived at the agreed time and completed the work in good time.
