We were very impressed with Alan and Kerri. Firstly for their almost immediate response to our request for a quote and within an hour of our first contact l had spoken to Alan on video phone and he had diagnosed our problem and sent us a full detailed description of what needed to be done and an estimate for the work. Alan was very knowledgeable in his field and l felt confident he would do a good job. Kerri booked us in for a few days later and they arrived promptly and did a really good job for us. They talked us through everything as they worked and gave us full instructions on the aftercare. Everything they have done has come with a full 10 year guarantee certificate for our peace of mind.
