Get in touchAbsolute rubbish. 0 star is what they deserve. I usually don’t write comments but these guys are heartless , incompetent or both. If anyone shortlists this firm, ensure you are in Stoke otherwise you will get a very bad service. . they will sub contract jobs to local tradesmen and be stupid enough to not manage calendar. I booked external insulation survey. I requested they attend and the tenant will show them around , they insisted I have to be available. I left everything and travelled 2hours to attend the appointment, these idiots didn’t show up and they didn’t send a message either. When I rang them up, they said the local surveyor wasn’t available and they were unable to cover outside of Stoke on Trent. Really? Why on earth did you book me in? Why on earth did you demand I have to be present? Why would you be this incompetent or be so heartless to let me travel 2hours (4hours both ways) and not inform me you couldn’t get a sub contractor? Why register on the App and claim you cover areas which you clearly don’t cover? Anyone wanting a job outside of Stoke, please get a different tradesman.
