- Get in touchSo Charlie & Martin responded to my request for a water ingress issue my property was experiencing. Charlie advised on a solution that I accepted & the next morning returned to complete said work....on further investigation Charlie refused to complete said works as there was an issue with how my windows had been installed, Charlie took it upon himself to contact the window installers & express his concerns. Charlie & Martin then stayed with me to express their concerns to the manager of the window company. The kindness, patience, honesty & integrity that Charlie & Martin have given to me is priceless. As a single woman, I feel very vulnerable to builders etc, not so with Charlie & Martin, they were very candid & honest with their opinions & advice & I was very grateful! Charlie did not do any of the suggested remedies, nor did he charge me for his & Martins time. I know I need further work & Charlie will be my first choice of contact.
