All the work carried out on these houses apart from Electrical work and help with Plastering has been completed by myself. I have been in the Building industry for the past 38years and I like to think I take a pride in my work and like to leave a client no less than happy. While living in Torquay I bought and renovated other properties. The Bungalow you see in my pictures is my latest project.
Simon carried out work to our shed and an additional request of fitting a shower screen to an extremely high standard. He was professional, polite and friendly at all times and quickly solved any issues that he came across without fuss. Very happy. Professional, efficient, fair price, thorough, pleasant, reliable, fast, skillful, clean and tidy, polite, punctual. What more do you want or need from any building professional? If we need similar work doing again, I'd hire them again in an instant. We're experienced with builders and tradesmen, but not with this specialism. This sort of work is always very disruptive but Cedar minimised that brilliantly. If I'm being very picky, they could perhaps have used more dust sheets over furniture that was a bit further away from the work area, but plaster dust may well have got through even if they had - it gets everywhere - and I am being picky!
