Andrew was lovely and very efficient in diagnosing the issues with mould in our flat. This man very much knows what he is talking about as his story was very much coherent with other scientists and specialists we had spoken to. However, when I originally posted the job, I was approached by many others telling me I had rising damp and trying to scam me into re plastering walls etc. when this was not the case. I highly recommend hiring Andrew as his approach is very different but makes a lot more sense compared to other companies that try and make a quick buck by selling a quick fix. He has come over, taken readings of the flat that concluded that the CO2 and moisture levels in the air were double what they should be and suggested fitting a filtered air vent system that automatically kicks on when too much of either contaminant is detected. He is so knowledgeable and really took the time to have a chat and make sure we understand what is going on too.
