It was reasonably predictable that my outbuilding would act as a retaining wall against the raised soil of his garden; but I could not see the higher ground or the suspect drainage that was causing the issue. I would have needed to hire a surveyor; but Daniel served the same function, expertly using drone footage to establish the neighbour's drainage and uncapped, deconstructed chimney stack as the dual cause. I appreciate Daniel's commitment to accuracy in his reporting and value the strategic thinking that he brought to the tanking project, maintaining it at the highest standard. Thank you for being potentially prepared, through your drone footage, to step up to assist with the letting agent's collaborative efforts to bring pressure to bear on the owner/landlord. Your professionalism, and that of your expert team, reflect well on your company.

We have the ability to do most remedial work from flat rooves to decking, fire doors and more. Also we now fit log burners and are fully registered Heatas engineers. We pride ourselves on being straight and fair with the end result being of a high standard.
Barry and his team were very thorough in their work, communication with Barry was great. A very friendly group of workmen, that I was happy to just get the job done. Lots of photos during the job at different stages. They did a few extras for us and were good to their prices. We had a completely new floor from scratch so joints, flooring, damp treatment and laminate all done as part of the job.
