We had Ben validate the findings of a level 3 survey we had on a period property that suggested the house was riddled with damp and would need major works to rectify. We know period properties are tricky to get accurate readings of damp so we decided to instruct a qualified specialist. After a lot of research Ben stood out to us based on excellent reviews, timely responses and evident knowledge. Ben went round to the property to inspect and could have easily agreed with the survey which would be a huge paycheck for the amount of work the survey had suggested but instead he was completely honest, took proper moisture measurements which showed no damp and that with good maintenance the house would be fine. In a situation so many tradesmen I know could take advantage Ben was completely honest and asked for nothing in return (No report required). I whole heartedly recommend him for this reason alone despite not actually having had any specific works done :)
