They explained what the job entailed and what they would be doing, and even showed me what they had done at every step of the way (which I appreciated, it made me feel part of the team). When they had finished they took all the debris away even cleaned my drive and block paved front garden. Would I have them back again if I had another damp problem, 100% I would.
