Any sort of work is undertaken by us. I previously worked 12 years with a well recommended builder to learn all about the building trade and have been trading for 5 years now . Latest review:Roofing (Flat)-Leaking flat roof, totally removed and replaced with added insulation. From first contact with RKT improvements to completion we have been really pleased. We will certainly use them again and thoroughly recommend. Tidy, friendly on time and completed as estimated.

Rating: 5 out of 5 552 reviewsDafydd and his team have fitted a new welsh slate roof on part of our farmhouse, built a rear retaining wall, fitted surface water drainage to the rear of the building and rendered one of the two gable end walls in lime mortar. The jobs have been carried out to a very good standard and the workmen have been excellent in both carrying out the work and looking after the property whilst working there. They still have one gable wall to complete but due to weather conditions and the use of lime mortar this will be down when the weather improves. Whenever I have discussed any part of the work they have been quick to react positively. Overall really satisfied with the work and will be hiring them to fit new concrete floors inside the house and Dafydd has already organised a visit from a heating engineer to give a quote on central heating. One final point, the financial cost of the work completed has come in just as the initial quote stated which was very welcoming given scare stories you hear of every increasing bills. No such problem on this job and overall very pleased with Dafydd Lloyd's work. In my experience there a good friendly professional firm to hire.

We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Would not hesitate to use them again, which we are, and to recommend them to others. They were quick to respond to our advert and to start the job. Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. We now also have wonderful, solid steps from all exits. A first! Continual support has been offered for the future which is very reassuring.
