Neil came out and provided a quick and competitive quote which included all of the work that needed completed. Whilst viewing the job he also explained which approach he would take and why, and I really felt that I had an understanding of the work to be carried out. Job had to be pushed back a couple of days due to delays on the previous job, but Neil contacted me ASAP to check if we could change the dates. Neil turned up on time, kept me in the loop with everything he was doing and how things were progressing, and left the place tidy and as it was (as much as possible given the nature of the job!). Would recommend Neil for any plastering or damp proofing jobs, he's also a sound guy and did a great job.

Latest review:Damp Proofing-Initially the experience was good. Came out and gave advice etc and drew up quote. Contact was good. Then it started going downhill with a lack of communication. To be fair the work was completed in the end but the guys doing the jobs weren’t always aware of what we had paid for to be done. Now the work is finished and i have paid in full, i have 2 issues. Unsurprisingly, having sent one email with pictures i have had no response. Sent another email to the address on their website. No response. Sent a third email to the email on my guarantee - no response. Very dissapointed so far and would not recommend on current form. Tyne Tees Damp Proofing are a company - in my invoice i paid for admin work etc - suddenly once you have paid the admin work must stop…..
