The work completed to date has been high quality with a high level of attention to detail. Stefan and his team managed the project from start to finish. This has included liaising with building control and other parties. We did not have to worry about any detail and Stefan always goes the extra mile to reduce any inconvenience. Stefan and his team were reliable, hardworking, approachable and always willing to discuss any questions we had during the build. He was able to start a few days later, turned up on time and completed the works with the designated 2 day time frame, working essentially 2 full days (not my experience of builders in UK who are only onsite for 5 hours a day). He cleaned up the site and did a good job. Would use him again.

Cris and his team have been fantastic to work with throughout the project. The job was more complex than originally anticipated (rearranging wooden joists, reinforcing ceiling + skimming, painting to free up some space in the loft conversion) but Cris worked hard to keep the costs down and always came up with creative solutions. He dealt very effectively with Building Control by providing detailed drawing and sketches as required. He was very responsive and flexible to incorporate BC's guidance. I am also very happy about the quality of the work performed. His crew is experienced, easy to deal with and delivered top notch work. I couldn't recommend more Cris Construction.
