He came on time, set up and got to work no hassle. He did a great job installing the frame of the door . He finished the job and (this is mainly my fault) that I let him leave without showing me the door opening and closing. Later that evening I tried to open the door without success and asked Lee to come back at some point to troubleshoot where the problem was - unfortunately he declined with no offer to come back. The next day I called a locksmith who came in and instantly told me Lee had installed the barrel the wrong way and subsequently had to break the barrel to remove the lock and open the door - locksmith charge over £150 to fix the door and replace with a new lock. Since I relayed this to Lee I’ve heard nothing from him - so leaving an average score as until the issue with the lock and from my unprofessional point of view he did exactly what I wanted.Latest review:Conversions - General-

He consulted on choices and pointed out decisions as he went. When he had finished, he cleared away and took away the rubble we agreed. I have a number of changes going on so plastering & skiming are left for others to complete. Get in touchJake was awesome - came out and quoted within about 48 hours of me posting a job, and within a week everything was ordered and booked for install. He set everything up so quickly and to such a high standard I’m so pleased with it - did composite decking with lights, put together a pergola and even put in an outside water faucet and electrical outlet so he really does it all. Definitely keeping him on file in case anything else comes up in the future!
