Demolish garage and create single, side extension to Bungalow. Creating two rooms and bathroom. I had used Robert previously for internal walls and a new bathroom, his team are very good and reliable. From the digging out of foundations through to plumbing, electrics and internal decoration the work is a really good standard and any concerns I had were talked through and details agreed. I had to replace sewage pipes which added a week to the schedule, but the guys really helped me understand the process. I highly recommend RMT for their work.

Craig, Bob and Timmy of HD Design and Build have been an absolute credit to the building trade throughout our project. With a young family still living in the house, their professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, advice and attention to detail meant they kept disruption and intrusion into the rest of the home to a minimum and we were able to continue life without too much disruption. I have a multitude of photos of the build throughout which show the excellent standard that they worked to every day which can be supplied on request. Craig offered objective advice based on experience throughout and although he clearly always strives for perfection, was never pushy for us to make a decision to use a high end product over something that was more affordable or suitable. Our newly laid herringbone parquet oak floor is the talk of the street and is a testament to their skill and attention to detail. The finished rooms we have now far exceed our expectations of design and quality and that is largely down to Craig's advice and the experience and skill of him and his team. Craig was also instrumental in keeping me calm in many situations when dealing with suppliers and offered sound advice without judgement. I would recommend HD Design & Build to everyone with the belief that they will make your designs come to life and then some!

We would highly recommend Colin and his team. From the outset, he was punctual, gave us a detailed and accurate quote. He remained in touch throughout, gave us a set date and time-scale for the works, and he followed these to the letter. He even turned up to take delivery of a bifold door himself. The work was carried out to a high standard. Colin and his team are highly trustworthy, worked hard without any fuss, and cleaned up after themselves. They consulted us throughout, and despite the works, they were a pleasure to have around. It was completed, despite Peter having problems getting a skip to take away the debris. He then took the waste material in his vehicle and finished, as promised on time. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Agreed a price and day / time for the job to be done. Did not show with no contact. I tried calling a number of times with the phone not being answered and I had to make contact through My Builder. He replied some time later stating that his van was stolen and found written off and he just got his phone back. I have since managed to get someone reliable to do the job. I don't think he would have appreciated it if he had wasted his time with me messing him around. I also don't appreciate my time being wasted.
