Latest review:Conversions - General-Removal of load bearing wall and large chimney Brest I called four builders in for advice on structural works Pat was the one who gave me complete confidence and trust He suggested a design of a box frame with a tie beam supporting the chimney breast after removal and how to achieve a different level to support the stair case ie cranked beam He also passed me on his structural engineers contact so that I could deal direct with him the engineer agreed with pats suggestion and design on the steel work We received full calcs and pat completed the works to a very high standard Being reliable transparent and upfront all the way A pleasure to work with and I have recommended him to family Certainly knows his steel work Thank you Pat

Rating: 5 out of 5 5513 reviewsExtremely happy with the job. Andrei was checking details carefully and did the work meticulously. Peter his colleague was punctual and professional. We had a steel beam installed in the wall between the living room and garden, he checked the measurements and noticed some checks needed to be done with the structural engineer and building control. He did not rush the job explaining each stage needed time to settle or dry in order to avoid cracking. I appreciated that as other builders told me the job could be done in half the time and I understand it would not have had a nice finish. Andrei talked me through each stage and was a very good communicator. Running a building site is always stressful and I was the middleman between the window company, Andrei, building control, structural engineer etc. It was pointed out it would have taken off some responsibilities to hire the builder first to overlook the project for me. I would recommend that in the future. Very happy with the result, would hire again.

He and his team were friendly and let us know what was going on at all times. They took great care on protecting the contents of our property and left it in a great state when they left. The price was excellent and we couldn’t find anything better. The quality of the work was very good and we are happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend

Latest review:Conversions - General-I only meet Mohammad Ansari once who gave my project of creating a new access to my garden and new toilet to some freshy Indians. The guys were very friendly however they were very unprofessionals. Everything they done is faulty and having some building/ plumbing background myself i had to redo the works myself. The toilet sink wasnt done properly and was leaking, the tiling is not done properly, new tiles have been damaged and chipped at various locations due to lack of care by their labourer. Even my 10 year old son can do better silicon than they have done around the shower tray and sink. Grouting between tiling is missing. The waste pipe going to the drainge is leaking. They are careless and unprofessionals. I felt they just wanted to do a quick job and run off! No attention to details at all! Am i gonna hire them to do my new planned loft conversion? Sorry No!
