Frazer completed our loft conversation for us and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his skill-base in what he does is very impressive. The work he carried out for us in the end ranged from a loft conversion with en-suite to the removal of two walls on ground and first floor and even re-laying solid oak flooring throughout our ground floor for us too. Not only did he do the work above but he helped us achieve our dream space by being so amenable to our requests to make adjustments as we went along, even creating a bespoke crafted skirting board so that we could have our picture window at the height we wanted. In addition he designed and created beautiful fitted wardrobes into our eaves space and wooden windowsills through-out using wood we had sourced and wanted to use. Throughout the work he was always professional, considerate and communicated continually with us around what we were wanting. He stayed with us the entire time, focused on getting our job completed rather than jumping onto other jobs and he worked so hard every day, always available throughout the work taking place if we needed to check anything. What we appreciated the most from Frazer was how regularly he communicated with us about what was coming up so that we could make the decisions we wanted to make along the way, without feeling as though changes were being made outside of our preferences. The work being done was made to feel very easy from our side where Frazer is so experienced and self-directed, arriving promptly every morning and working hard all day whilst always being open to talking anything through whenever we wanted which was so reassuring for us. Frazer is professional and warm as an individual and we were really grateful for how he communicated and liaised so politely and considerately with our neighbours throughout the work. He is always happy to be guided by his customer which we found a huge benefit as we often had our own ideas of what we wanted but when we encountered problems we found him to be very creative and he often found solutions to problems that we hadn’t thought of. He suggested using the dead space we had in our en-suite to create a tiled recessed space for our toiletries and also suggested adapting another dead space in the bedroom by making a hidden shelving space which has been invaluable to us as we work from home. Frazer’s work ethic is instantly evident and by working as hard as he did every day it meant that he finished the job ahead of schedule which we were so grateful for. We are utterly delighted with the work he has done for us and we have requested him back since to do some additional smaller jobs. As someone who is extremely reliable and skilled, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing work done.

The work isn't yet complete but so far the progress has been really smooth and Rae and his team have been wonderful. They've provided good ideas, they've always been punctual and communication has been excellent. RCM is also doing our kitchen installation and some extra carpentry and electrical work around the house and we're very happy with the quality and the very reasonable price he quoted for us.

Having been let down by previous builders I needed a balcony floor built. The work was carried out and finishing touches finalised. I have a new balcony. Despite the delays due to the virus, work has been completed. After a very negative reaction to the last builders it is great to have such a professional job done by all concerned. Bills were due only when the work was clearly done and not asked for in advance. All laid out in writing to begin with. Work was of a great standard. A relief that such a good set of builders still exists.

We couldn’t be happier with the amazing work Matt has done for us. What started with fitting a new bathroom sink and putting up some shelves quickly turned into several more projects because we were so impressed with his workmanship and reliability. He then installed a bathroom cabinet, sanded and restored our original floorboards beautifully, bringing them back to life and making them look brand new again. Matt also painted our entire house from top to bottom, and the finish is absolutely fantastic, we love how everything looks. On top of that, he put up mirrors for us and later installed a stunning Belfast sink in our kitchen along with a tiled backsplash, which has completely transformed the space. Matt is a lovely, polite, and incredibly hardworking and takes real pride in his work. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every job was completed to a high standard. We are super happy with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy.

Grantham and his Team were very professional from the day we met for the quote to the day they finished the project. The project was ever evolving however we were consulted every step of the way to ensure the right results were achieved and we stayed within budget. We are extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend to anyone looking for similar work to be carried out.
