Latest review:Conversions - General-I received 3 quotes for my work. Kieran’s was the cheapest. He turned up on time and completed the job within the agreed time. Communication was good, tradesmen were courteous and tidied up after themselves. I will definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The works involved the complete gutting and reconfiguration of the flat, forming a new bedroom as well as a new bathroom and kitchen. They made a great job of the place and completely transformed the flat. As the flat is over 200 years old the levels were significantly off, and some other unexpected issues were encountered however Stevie would keep me up to date, and would alays work through the alternative solutions to develop the best approach. I would definitely recommend and I will no doubt be using Top Drawer again for any future works to the attic.

Latest review:Stephen built a three bedroom detached house in the grounds of my old house. It was done to an excellent standard - even down to the door handles and the doors. He designed the whole thing and got the maximum efficiency without disturbing the quality. The downstairs is open plan and he worked on getting equipment with reduced noise levels. He was instrumental in getting the plumber and electricians organised and I didn't have to worry about a thing. His communications were excellent and he would come back to me within ten minutes and would organise everything to make sure they ran efficiently. I am delighted with the work and he also took any problems with regard to connecting the services away from me. I would certainly recommend him - there was not a fault or a failing. If have another rebuild done I would use Stephen because he was capable of doing everything with regard to the build - from architects onwards. He would be able to overcome any problems with the architects and he could resolve any problems for me. It is absolutely fabulous and everything has worked out perfectly. I have nothing but praise for Stephen Hambly.
