Brilliant job all round . Had a new conservatory roof fitted and also a set of bi-folding doors . Very impressed with the work that was done for us . Jamie (and Tom) did exactly what they said would do with no dramas . They turned up when they said they would and completed the work to a very high standard. Very reliable and great service provided . So I can’t put completed as the job isn’t. He’s walked off site because he’s not happy that we have been commenting on his time keeping. Day one which was actually day 2 but the material didn’t arrive until late fair enough. Anyway day 1 half a days work done due to it being too windy. I have texts telling me only thing that would stop him building the wall is the rain. Also have texts saying that he’d be working weekends if he was running behind which didn’t happen. Anyway next day no show as again too windy. Then the weekend and again no show, too windy. Finally we get a weeks work done and all’s looking good. He asked for a payment early and at that rate of progress was only a couple of days early so paid up no problem. That’s when we started to have problems. Basically time keeping shocking and attitude towards clients is appalling. He’s walked off site today still leaving basically 3 walls to build and a number of fence panels to install. I tried explaining exactly what went on but it’s not enough characters. I am highly delighted with the work carried out by Terry and his son, took old glass conservatory down, and replaced with a new one with a tiled roof , Also had some other jobs done by them, Absolutely lovely blokes, nothing was ever too much trouble for them , kept me informed all through the work, came when said he would ,and phoned , always on time , what ever the weather, even put up with the barking dogs 🙈, I would highly recommend them without any hesitation. I would recommend Neil 100% His knowledge about the project I required was excellent, he always left the house clean and tidy each night and, took away all the rubbish. He did an excellent job tiling my conservatory roof and correcting mistakes which had been made when the conservatory was built.
