Get in touchI had a leaky conservatory roof/wall that 4 other trades had failed to fix. It had cost me a fortune and I was at my wits end. Costa didn't come cheap, but he guaranteed to fix the leak. Six weeks on and so far so good. Assuming no further problems (fingers crossed!) I am very happy to recommend Costa for fixing the problem so many others failed to do.Latest review:Conservatories- - Get in touchValentine came to repair two panels on my conservatory roof which had become loose and were letting in water. He arrived last Thursday well within time and was able to complete the job within around an hour securing the panels in place. He charged a very reasonable price and put my mind at rest especially with winter and it's attendant storms approaching. With my neighbour's agreement he was also able to access another panel from their side and to secure that. Overall, he was very efficient and conscientious. Get in touchEven 1star is a lot for this tradesperson, Xhevahir. He left my entire job incomplete and ran off with maximum money. Every week he demanded money for materials and for his workers but later I found out that he didn’t buy the materials and didn’t pay his workers. His mistakes put my family and my life in danger which is costing me thousands to fix! He messed up everything. He claimed to have a team of 26 qualified people but was clearly unqualified for the job considering the number of faults found with his job. He did not finish the job within the given time, in fact did not finish it at all. His unprofessional behaviour of work has caused me huge losses financially, emotionally, and physically. Whilst cleaning my garden after he ran off with my money, I have found lots of alcohol cans and bottles in my garden during his and his workers’ presence which is completely unacceptable. Get in touchJohn did a great job with my conservatory. I noticed a leak with heavy rain coming through my conservatory roof. John was round within an hour to give me a quote for works to repair and that same day I confirmed I’d like him to do the job. John was back round 2 days later to start and finish the job the same day and replaced my roof with new materials. He also went above and beyond as I asked if he could do further cosmetic works and it was all completed quickly. He took all of the rubbish and excess materials with him and did a great job tidying up. I’m thankful for his services and would highly recommend! 5 stars! *****

Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Servet and his son arrived early which initially seemed promising. However, upon seeing the flat pack furniture he claimed he cannot assemble it and he does not know how to assemble windows and doors. We reached an agreement for him to prepare the ground foundation. Once he had completed the work and left. I found that he had not cleaned up after himself and remnant of food and drink and rubbish sacks from materials he used were left behind. Furthermore, he had left his jacket and cement bucket in his haste to leave. Overall, my experience with Servet was marred by his rushed demeanour and lack of attention. Servet has lied about the conversation we had. Also only his son help him no other trader and he only wanted to be paid by cash.
