Steve and his team are friendly and hardworking when they are here. Build took much longer than the time originally given. Some time was lost due to awful weather but not all of it and I do feel that I was forgotten about on several occasions leading me to have to chase Steve and pin him down. I understand that Steve did have some staff shortages at this point too. An error was made ( not poor workmanship but crossed wires from the initial discussion of my requirements ) and this caused a further delay. As a customer, I would have liked Steve at the end of the build to visit me and discuss if I was completely happy with the result. Image Improvements gave a very competitive price which is one of the reasons I chose them, also Steve seems very genuine plus he is so handsome-can I say that? I am very happy with my warm roof conservatory, it has transformed my small home into a much nicer place to live. Although Steve is not good at replying to messages in a timely manner, his team's workmanship is 1st class which is the end result that all customers want. Would I use Image Improvements again- MOST DEFINITELY.

I had 3 quotations provided through my builder. Being in sales myself I knew my way around the system. Look at company house. How long has the company being going? Is it a solid company? Will the company be there when if things need fixed in the future? P&K home improvements ticked all the boxes. Their quotation was inline with the other 2 on price. I know people buy on price, don't be fooled it also about after sales service and the care behind customer care. P&K have been the best for quality of workmanship and the only double glazing company I would invite back to do more work, should I need it in the future. They put on a new roof onto my conservatory and the craftsmanship was wonderful. Going that extra mile to make sure I was happy. The whole team should be proud of their attention to detail. I am very proud to advertise the company with a board outside my property. No marketing gimmicks or false discounts just good old fashioned customer care and the attention every customer deserves! I cannot recommend Nick and his team highly enough! The work started on time, they turned up everyday and it was completed to schedule, budget and to a high quality. Nick is easy to deal with and very responsive, he provided his quote when he said he would (no chasing, unlike most builders) and he answered all of my questions promptly. Nick project managed everything which meant that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. His team do most of the work themselves which is a real advantage as there are not lots of subs coming and going. His team are polite, friendly and professional and were a pleasure to have around the house. A+++++++

Horrible people to deal with - took a week longer than planned due to poor organisation and staff spending time looking at thier phones instead of working. Finished the job in a rush and left the roof leaking. 3 months later and they have still not fixed the leak and are not interested at all - they have no interest in the job once they have taken your payment. Never sent me a proper receipt for the work and have not come back to fix the leak. Will now be taking it with trading standards as the job is simply not good enough.
