Having inherited a badly constructed, extremely large conservatory six years ago when we moved in, we have had many professionals look at repairing it. James is the first to have really understood what we wanted and quickly found us solutions. The work carried out by the team is to a very high standard, including brick work, electrics and carpentry, and when they left, the rooms were ready to decorate with no mess or clearing up to be done. James and his team are a joy to have in the home; they are considerate, very professional and always happy. Even when I came up with new ideas during the build, they took them in their stride and did what they could to accommodate the changes. We are so happy with the work already carried out that we have booked them to come back next year for our next phase of works to be done.
