Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations-We advertised on mybuilder.com with the tag Protect Planning Permission. DMC along with one other responded. Dom from DMC attended the site and was constructive and helpful from the very start. A plan was agreed, the work is underway and planning permission for a larger extension is secured. Subsequently we asked Dmc to look at a job at another property. Again nothing was too much trouble and a price was agreed. This was a complex roof replacement on a 200 year old barn. The work has now been completed to an exceptional standard by Dom’s organisation and within an acceptable cost given some significant issues which became apparent during the exercise. We are delighted with the result and have no hesitation recommending Dmc to others.
Andy was punctual, helpful and highly skilled. Really pleased with his work and his advice.

Latest review:Conservatories-I would highly recommend this company. Ross & Nick were superb, honest in their assessment & knowledgeable in their resolution. After cloud bursts that are becoming more common in the UK, the corner of my conservatory leaked badly. The original fitting of the box gutter also looked suspect as it had warped the corner windows. Other companies that attended, without fail, tried to sell me a new roof. No-one was interested in fixing the faults or getting to the route cause. On RP's initial visit they provided me with sound advice on the potential rectification including renovating the box gutter, fitting required box gutter brackets which were sadly missing on the original fit, straightening the warped windows etc. Whilst on site they also uncovered a badly fitted part of the conservatory which also contributed to the leaking.This was only visible after deconstruction. They were so good, I also asked if they could do some additional work on the conservatory (new sills) as well as new fascia & soffit on my external utility / shower room. Again no problem, they were more than happy to assist and include in their schedule. They did a superb job for a reasonable price. They know what they are doing, are professional & honest, did not try to oversell as everyone else tried to do. The repairs were of a high standard and included creating a bespoke box gutter bracket fittings (very creative). Highly recommended for conservatory repairs / renovation. Job well done!
