However, the first window that arrived to be fitted was too big. It then took another month to get the right window fitted, including 2 aborted bookings, 1 was cancelled with no notice as well. He did give a discount for the wait (only after I had asked several times and there had been further delays than just the initial one), but it was disappointing that it didn't seem like there was much rush for us when it hadn't been our fault that the first window had been the wrong size.
