I’m very disappointed with this cleaning service. The cleaner simply did not show up for the scheduled appointment and there was no message, call, or explanation. I had arranged my day around the visit, so it was frustrating to be left waiting with no communication at all. If something comes up, I completely understand that plans can change, but basic courtesy would be to notify the customer. Not showing up without any notice feels unprofessional and unreliable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can’t recommend this service.
