Appointment was cancelled three times. The first cancellation he said he had family commitments, the second cancellation because of rain which I accept. The third appointment he was supposed to show up in the morning but he never showed. After messaging him he replied at midday saying he was no longer coming due to heavy rain, however it was dry in my area all morning.
