Right from the initial stages of communication with CW Support Services it was obvious that they were customer focused and very professional. Communication was prompt and courteous, whilst still being to the point, their pricing was very reasonable and they were very flexible when it came to booking dates. Unfortunately, due to my equipment supplier letting me down very badly I had to postpone the job but CW Support Services were very understanding and we arranged a new date when my supplier sorted out their issues. When it came to the arranged date of the job, CW Support Services turned up on time, they were well turned out with full equipment for the job and all eventualities. They confirmed what I wanted done first of all, and then set to it, they seemed to meet health and safety requirements, and were professional in the work that they did, including tidying up after themselves. Once the work was completed they checked that I was satisfied, and so I paid them.
