I had no hesitation contacting them when my boiler was firing intermittently, leaving me with no not water or heating. The office staff were AMAZING (as always), talking me through a number of options to get me boiler going. Ted called round in the afternoon and diagnosed the problem straight away. Part ordered and all working now. Plus I have a new thermostat, which I can actually use!! I would like to thank all the team at Home Heating for their kindness and helping me through a very stressful time.
