Luckily Carl knows his stuff and came up with the perfect solution. Job was carried out well and on time and I'm thrilled with the new log burner and replacement surround etc. So pleased in fact, they'll be back to sort another log burner in the other room as soon as I can get my act together! Can't recommend highly enough - only wish I'd found MyBuiler.com in the first place instead of wasting a lot of time and money with someone who didn't know what they were doing and left me with a mess!
