Alan and his team are real professionals. They know their trade inside out. They came at short notice and replaced a faulty immersion located in a tight space. They replaced the immersion when other plumbers and electricians did not know what was wrong with it, whereas Alan, being a Master plumber knew exactly what was wrong with it. The team are hardworking and have a lot of integrity, and are willing to offer advice on a given situation. Chris sent Barry to do some plumbing works. They gave me a high quote than my other quotes but gave me verbal confidence of their quality works, I accepted it and went ahead. The jobs done (with some hiccups) and I paid £50 extra as a tip. Next week, the outdoor tap they installed under the kitchen started leaking like flooding - I contacted them and they did not attend (said not available) and had to pay £90 for an emergency plumbing fix (the engineer said they didn't tighten the valve). Few days later, another job I gave them failed and leaking (toilet spray). Chris attended and said has no clue how to fix it, Barry didn't bother to respond. I arranged with another plumber who fixed the wrong washer used in their installation and cost me another £80. Overall, in my experience they are neither competent enough plumbers nor do they have good morals to refund when they do things wrong. 3 other jobs they did we have had no issues with, radiator change and tap change.

Several weeks on and I am still waiting on Adam to send me the certificate/report that is part of the work I paid for. He was also supposed to send me a quote for follow-up work. But he doesn't seem interested as he's stopped answering my messages a lot time ago. He was given plenty of opportunities to make things right and decided to ignore it all.

Harry done an amazing job for me, changing my thermostatic and lock shield radiator valves. Harry turned up on time and very quickly as my leak was getting very bad and saved the day. Once he finished installing the new valves, he made sure all my radiators was vented and my heating system was pressurised correctly and everything on the heating system was working. I would highly recommend him!!!
