Henry came quickly, gave me a quote that day, and then was available to do the tank replacement within the week of it being delivered. He did the entire thing in 3 hours, and it came to exactly what he quoted. He explained everything he was doing throughout, was clean and tidy and made sure to leave the heating on so we’d have hot water that evening. Such a relief to get it done! I would definitely recommend him for future plumbing jobs!
