I contacted Darren to carry out some installations for some tap and waste pipe fittings and realised his quote was very reasonable. Before the meeting he kept me informed about ETA, and on arrival went straight to work. He was very efficient and prepared the materials so all the jobs can be carried out at together. Once he completed the installations he did another check to ensure there was no leakage and took the time to explain exactly what he had done. He was very polite, friendly and obviously experienced plumber. I'm very happy with his professional service and will not hesitate to use again.

We are not entirely satisfied with Ludovic's work. Some of the tiles were not cut to the correct messurement which left big gaps in between. Worse still, the grouting was very messy and did not have a smooth finish. We will now have to get another Tiler to redo some of the tiling work. Overall, it was not a professional job and we are not very happy with his workmanship.

We hired Raj to install an entire new central heating system in a property that's never had any heating system. The work involved installing: - 3 radiators downstairs - 3 radiators upstairs - 1 heated towel rail - A Worcester combi boiler Our downstairs floor is concrete. We wanted everything to be neat and not have any pipes showing. To save room in the kitchen, we had the boiler and washing machine installed outside in a utility closet. And finally, the gas pipe was routed outside of the property for further health reasons. Raj was extremely cooperative and meticulous in helping us get up and running. Just a very good guy to work with. We had hot water and heat exactly when we needed to move into the property. So his timing was also very good. In terms of price, I do not think anyone can beat him. I recommend Raj for your plumbing, heating needs.

In general, I don't usually leave reviews but on this occasion, feel Mr Ghaffar deserves praise and recognition for his effort and work (I hired him based on reviews from previous customers) Mr Ghaffar has outstanding professionalism, great customer service skills, competitively priced, well-mannered, knowledgeable and skilled. He arrived promptly, organised and prepared for the jobs. He took great pride in his work and completed both jobs on the same day. Mr Ghaffar informed me about all tasks being carried out and was able to come up with a solution when we faced a problem with the new radiator. Very Happy with the Service offered by David. Came to have a look on short notice and was ahead of the initial agreed time which is really helpful as I was looking for someone to have a look at the current hot water issue I have been having with my boiler and provide an immediate solution. Very Friendly and communicative about the problem and was around to see the issue has been definitely resolved before he left the place. No half measures at all. Very nominal from a pricing perspective as well. Would definitely make use of his services for future work and would recommend to everyone who is looking for a good professional who knows his job.
