Mr Ahmad has been a thorough professional and I would highly recommend him. He visited my apartment on time, liaising with the tenant before hand and managed to resolve the issue experienced, at a reasonable price. He had to make a number of visits to the property to resolve the issue and he was always punctual. You can tell he has lots of experience by the way he approaches the problem at hand and works out a solution. Just because he is new to Mybuilder should not put you off commissioning Ahmad for any jobs you may have. Five stars Ahmad. Well done and thank you.

My problem was a faulty gas boiler and cold radiators. Niall checked that he could get parts for my boiler, confirmed a new one was unnecessary, and quoted for repairs to the boiler and a power flush of the radiators. He arrived on the day at 8.30am, was due to finish by 4pm, had a problem with airlocks, and worked on until 7.30pm. He returned the next day at 11.0am with a colleague, it took them until 4.30pm to complete the job. He then assured me he would hold to the original quote. He is both a consummate professional and an honest man.
