Alan and his team are real professionals. They know their trade inside out. They came at short notice and replaced a faulty immersion located in a tight space. They replaced the immersion when other plumbers and electricians did not know what was wrong with it, whereas Alan, being a Master plumber knew exactly what was wrong with it. The team are hardworking and have a lot of integrity, and are willing to offer advice on a given situation. This team will be my all time plumbers and I give them a 5/5 rating, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Earl dealt well with a very difficult situation. While servicing our boiler last night, he identified several dangerous faults in how it had been installed. We looked closely at the installation certificate and I'm appalled to say that it looks like the installation was done by a fake engineer, without a real Gas Safe license. Earl went above and beyond to find us someone who could reinstall the boiler next week, and provided a detailed report which I hope can be used against the original installer. He also installed a carbon monoxide detector. Would highly recommend working with Earl - he knows what he's doing, is passionate about his job and wants to go the extra mile.

10 out of 10 service. I found Daren on MyBuilder after my usual Plumber had identified the issue, but due to personal issues was not able to complete. Daren gave an honest quote which was bang of my regular plumber had said I should be paying for the job, infact it was little less than the maximum he said I should be paying for the job. NB: Other quotes from highly rated people on My Builder came anywhere between £100 and £300 more. When hired to do the toilet leak after flushing repair, they came the same day. The repair took two days, but the toilet leak was fixed. A week later, the toilet starts leaking again after flushing. Requested to be investigated, which they agreed. Then the plumber kept postponing the appointment, many times at the last second because he had to do other jobs. This lasted three weeks. As the plumber always said he would be coming the next day, the feedback is negative.

We got to meet both Mike and his son Richard who removed and replaced 3 radiators for us. The whole process was very professional send us a written quote and an invoice after the job was done. Richard did an excellent job and will hire him again to replace our upstairs radiators. All together a great family business, friendly and trustworthy would highly recommend.
