This so called plumber has not come back to complete the work. Dave Goodwin fitted a new immersion heater which cost over £1,000 and it does not work. Dave is not willing to come back and correct it (apparently has a water flow problem) utterly disgusting taken the money but no after care. Avoid this plumber at all costs Can you come back and fix the work that you got paid to do I have no water coming out of any of the hot water taps You say in your advert that you guarantee the work well where are you I am left with no water The car park fines are your responsibility as the company said there are enough signs I notified the car parking company on your behalf when you told me of them however the fine was paid in full I therefore could not get a refund on your behalf but you could have pursued You refuse to come back and make good your work I do not have a working boiler I have had to hire another plumber to fix the mess you made I am reporting this to trading standards

Danny installed two large traditional column radiators for me. He did a terrific job and suggested some great ideas to overcome a couple of challenges with one of the timber walls where the radiator was to go. He also went above and beyond the original remit to move some pipework (which we thought we'd already addressed) without hiking the overall price by much at all. Danny's quote was very reasonable and competitive. He worked tirelessly, and longer than expected - even with his first child being born the next day. He's really friendly, professional, neat and thoughtful. I would not hesitate in recommending him and I've already asked him to do the next job.

He came to sweep the chimney as use of the gas fire had been classed as dangerous. Efficiently, and with explanations. I still do not completely understand how to resolve the remaining problems but will phone him later today to try and understand better. He was in a hurry to leave as he had another appointment. The room still smelled of dust but I imagine that is normal after a chimney is swept and it should clear soon with all windows and doors to the outside left open. I consider the price he charged very reasonable.
