DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL COST The job was relatively straight forward. Reattach a radiator to a wall. The radiator was fully working and just needed to be re-attached. Andrew has left a hugh whole in the wall. I don't understand why he did this and offered no remedy. I have before and after pics which proves he put the whole in the wall. He also agreed to reattach a curtain rail. He did a terrible job. I have before and after pics. Do not use him at all cost. He is a cowboy. I should have made sure to stay in the flat with but did not. I called him to for explanation and remedy, instead he got angry, shouting at me then put the phone down. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL COST Can't see myself using My Builder again after this first bad experience .

Kaz came to the house to fix the bathroom tiles. He gave a competitive quote and was able to fix the problem. There was a communication breakdown with the tenants regarding work unrelated and that may have impacted future jobs with Kaz and myself. All in all, I recommend Kaz but would advice you discuss everything before, including whether or not the previous tiles would be cleared by him.
