Winston was knowledgable about his trade. He was extremely straight forward about what did and didn't need to be done, saving me money in the end. He was professional at all times and quick at the job, cleaning up after the job was done. Winston followed up with us the next day to make sure we were happy and there were no unforeseen issues. I would highly recomment him for the job you need doing. He not only does the job right he does his research to make sure there is 100% compatibility with your requirements. Fixed the leaking but after few weeks again started leaking from the same place i.e. same problem. Tried to contact but no response at all. His charged quite a lot but problem is still there and now I need to find another plumber to fix it.

Came straight away and fixed the issue. He had a difficult job due to the location of the boiler but managed to find the fault was with the expansion vessel, drain it and recharge it so the pressure didn’t drop. He was polite and was able to explain clearly what the problem is and what and why he was doing what he was doing. I would highly recommend Dujon. Please note that although he’s new to My Builder he’s not new to the trade.

I was really impressed with Hilton's service. He called and asked lots of questions to work out what the likely cause of the fault was and then came up with two different solutions at different price levels. I thought both of the options he proposed were fairly priced. He handled my indecisiveness patiently, and was happy to answer all my questions, giving me lots of clear and well-explained advice. On the day he turned up on time, and sorted everything out really quickly and efficiently, explaining what he was doing as he went, and making sure that I was confident with how everything worked before he left. He also answered more questions I had about other heating issues in the property, even though they were not directly related to the repair I had hired him to carry out. I would highly recommend his services and would use him again in future with no hesitation.
